McDonald's Employee of the Month

Clyde De'Vante Wilson is a 2012 graduation Senior in the LSD High School Career and Technical Education Program. Clyde chose as his career choice of study, the area of Food Service. He has been placed in paid employment for the past two years with the McDonald's Corporation (LSU Union) as a crew member. Clyde started at the basic level of preparing to open the store with cleaning and filling the condiments, and advanced to learning the french fry station and the order of cooking and wrapping the sandwiches. His bosses at McDonald's, Ms. Connie and Mr. Eric, report that he is always on time, wears the appropriate uniform, and is prepared to work with enthusiasm and commitment. They describe Clyde as an outstanding worker who accepts new assignments without question. All of these qualities earned Clyde a raise in salary, as well as the nomination for Employee of the Month.
Clyde's future plans include graduating from LSD with a Locally Designed State Skills Certificate in the area of Food Service. With glowing letters of recommendation from his bosses here, he has been offered a job to work for McDonald's Corporation in his hometown of Alexandria, Louisiana.
We would like to congratulate Clyde for this special honor and recognition. He has truly done an excellent job of representing not only LSD, but specifically the Career and Techncal Education Department. We wish Clyde the best of luck in his future!
