Sign Language Classes
LSD offers American Sign Language (ASL) classes to family members, staff members and to members of the surrounding community. Classes are held here on the LSD campus, with courses scheduled in the fall and in the spring. Participants enroll in a course level according to their skills and may elect to participate in the Sign Communication Proficiency Interview (SCPI) to receive a formal skill rating.
